WHAT IS X-FIT?

X-fit is a 45 minute circuit style workout. It includes different styles of training which change every week including; speed and agility, strength, jump, cardio and more.

You will enjoy this challenging workout by moving at your own pace.  The instructor guides and motivates you through each exercise helping you to execute each movement safely.
