Tone

To build muscle, add definition 12 session TONE program.

Grab N Go

I like training by myself but I have a goal and would like a plan, use our GRAB AND GO program.

Core

For functional fitness to compliment your own training or sport specific training we have the 12 session CORE program.

Lean

For fat loss and a change in body composition its our 12 session LEAN.

Eat 80 / 20

I want help with diet and nutrition, then our 6 week EAT 80/20 is for you.

I am David (Dave) and I am a Personal Trainer here at One Fitness. My passion is fitness so I am fortunate to be able to help people on their own fitness journey through my occupation (can’t call it work because it doesn’t feel like work when you love it)

I have always been involved in fitness/sport from a young age playing and competing in many sports from rugby to mixed martial arts. Currently training in Olympic Weightlifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when I can.

Having been interested in fitness and nutrition from the age of 16 I have since trained as an Osteopath, which has developed my interest in functional and conditioning training.

My ethos is to provide safe and effective fitness for the beginners unsure of themselves in the gym environment, and to further the knowledge of those experienced enough to take their fitness journey into their own hands.
