The Work Out.

Warm Up: 1 km Run (Increase Speed every 200m)

As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. Every 4 minutes stop and preform 10 press ups.

BENT OVER ROW x 25  30kg Males 15kg Females

GOBLET SQUATS x 20 12kg Males 8kg Females

BOX JUMPS x 15

THRUSTERS x 10 30kg Males 15kg Females

BURPEES x 5

Cool Down: 500m cycle and gentle stretch.
